Enigma 8

This project, recently granted planning Development Approval, proposes a fifteen storey commercial building to create 244 hotel rooms, gym, conference and restaurant facilities. At ground floor commercial uses are configured to optimise activation to the surrounding public realm along West Terrace and Rose Street. Stage 2 of the development involves the construction of a car park which will help alleviate a shortfall within the western end of the Adelaide CBD. Stage 3 of the development will result in the construction of an office building fronting onto North Terrace. This component is currently in the pre-planning phase.
