The South Australian Government requires all Councils to have a 15 year zoned supply of residential land. As a part of the ongoing monitoring of this supply a shortfall was identified within Victor Harbor. As a result a masterplan has been developed over a site at Victor Harbor offering a range of land uses and allotment sizes to be released to the market on a staged basis.
Intro were the project planners who negotiated the inclusion of land within the area for rezoning, and have been involved in all Local and State Government negotiations.
