88 O’Connell Street

The 88 O’Connell Street project will be an iconic development within North Adelaide and represents an innovative built form. In response to the overall scale of the site the project architect has used building height, massing and visual styles to ensure the built form complements the surrounding streetscape. The proposal is for a mixed use development comprising a range of retail shops, hotel lobby and restaurants at the ground level and office, residential and hotel on the upper levels uses of various buildings. The project has been designed to activate O’Connell Street, Tynte Street and Archer Street while featuring a central piazza. Basement car parking has been provided on site.
