The proposed development consists of a 30 level mixed use building fronting onto Angas Street. The ground floor component provides retail tenancies fronting onto Angas Street and Penny Place to the rear. A pedestrian link has been created through along the western boundary of the site to the roads in behind. The upper levels of the building comprise residential dwellings, in what will be one of Adelaide’s tallest residential towers. Car parking has been provided within a at-grade and within a multi-level deck located with access from Penny Place. The car parking structure forms an integral part of the proposed building. The car park roof deck will be developed as an area of communal open space for the benefit of the residents on site.
